Dear Brothers, 

Over the past weekend, the Executive Board and other members of the SigEp fraternity had the opportunity to attend the Carlson Leadership Academy in Chicago. The Academy is specifically designed to offer leadership training and development opportunities for SigEp members and brings together undergraduates, chapter officers, and alumni volunteers from all across the country. Attendees had access to a diverse range of educational workshops, keynote speakers, and networking events.

The event provided a valuable chance for attendees to gain insights into how other chapters across the United States are leading their organizations and to exchange ideas with other leaders on ways to enhance their own chapters. The Executive Board, in particular, was inspired by the many innovative concepts and strategies discussed and is eager to implement some of these ideas to improve their own chapter.
