This past Sunday, the University of Toledo hosted their annual Greek Awards. Sigma Phi Epsilon was fortunate enough to be acknowledged for some of the hard work they put in this past year (2018). Our men have worked extremely hard in and out of the classroom showing our amazing impact on campus. We are honored to announce that we were recognized for having the highest cumulative GPA within the Inter-fraternity Council!
Another award we were recognized for was the Outstanding Service Event known as, “Fall Festival”. Our brothers gathered together during the fall semester within a neighborhood in downtown Toledo. We created an atmosphere where we could hangout, play games and enjoy fall festivities with underprivileged children around the Toledo area. At this event, we were able to feed many children as well as giving out hats and gloves to prepare them for the winter ahead. We are grateful to be recognized for this event.
Lastly, our Ohio-Iota chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon was recognized as the IFC Chapter of the Year! We are truly blessed to have such an amazing presence on campus as well as having such a supportive University. We have made a conscious commitment to always strive and never settle. We are so grateful to be acknowledged for what we accomplished this past year. However, we will do even better next year and that is a promise!
Thank you to everyone who continues to push our chapter forward. We are beyond excited for what next year has to offer. As always, it is great to be a SigEp!
