Dear Brothers,
The Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity at the University of Toledo would like to welcome the new year with open arms and we look forward to all of the events that come in the future. We have started the year so far with many exciting events. Firstly, our entire executive board went to Pittsburgh to attend the Carlson Leadership Academy. There, they learned many new skills in leadership, communication, and responsibility. They gained many connections through this event and have gained many new ideas for how they want to run their position and how to become better brothers and leaders of our beloved fraternity. Secondly, we attended service events with Sunshine Community Center, which is an organization that houses adults with many different types of developmental disabilities. On the 30th of January, we held an event with them where we packed food with them. Lastly, we attended the Cherry Street Mission that helps feed the homeless and hungry. They also house the homeless to allow them to have a warm place to sleep overnight instead of being out in the cold.
