The Midwest Region Chapters of Sigma Phi Epsilon met in Chicago, Illinois from February 14-16 to attend the Carlson Leadership Academy (CLA). CLA is designed for executive position officers and general members to collaborate with other Chapters to find ways to best improve their Chapters and SigEp as a whole. A total of 23 Brothers from Ohio Iota attended. Ohio Iota was very humbled and honored to receive the following awards: 

Braden Dobson selected as a Tragos Quest to Greece Scholar. 

Ohio Iota awarded the Talent Power Award for Excellence in Recruitment. 

Our time at Carlson Leadership Academy reminded us of the “always strive, never settle” mentality. We are always looking for ways to improve our own individual chapters and one of the best ways to do that is to absorb ideas from other Chapters. We loved our time in Chicago and cannot wait until next year! -VDBL
