Hello Brothers,

This past week, the Ohio Iota Executive Board had the honor of attending the Carlson Leadership Academy.

Carlson brought together executive board officers and chapter leaders for training focused on leadership skills, strategic planning, goal setting, and team building. Throughout the weekend, participants worked in team-based sessions to sharpen their ability to inspire their brothers, manage committees with confidence, and set actionable goals for the year ahead.

Leaders from our chapter engaged with peers from across the country, explored impactful leadership strategies, and left with concrete action plans to elevate the member experience and chapter performance this spring. From sessions on communication and accountability to networking and mentorship, this experience equipped our brothers with tools they’ll carry into the rest of their terms and lives!
