Dear Brothers,

This past weekend our entire executive board and our AVC President, Mr. Ted Behnken, attended the Carlson Leadership Academy in Pittsburgh. At this event, they were each taken through their unique paths meant to foster leadership skills and development. The lessons learned from these key speakers and exercises were incredibly valuable and are sure to have a significant impact on all who attended as well as the chapter as a whole. The exchange of ideas between different chapters on how to enhance the SigEp experience, image, and culture has given our Executive Board bright ideas for the future and beyond.

As a fraternity, we had the unique honor of being awarded the Talent Power Award for Excellence in Recruitment. This award serves to display our shared successes as a chapter over the past year and will give us the motivation to maintain and strengthen a high standard for ourselves moving forward.

With new lessons in hand and a firm resolution to keep our obligations to the success of the chapter and ourselves, Carlson Leadership Academy has served as a vital stepping stone into a successful 2025.
