To all of our dearest Alumni, HQ Staff, and others,

With formal recruitment behind us now we are happy to have brought in 21 men who will benefit from our chapters greatest excellence. Ohio Iota is profoundly known across campus as being great leaders, and also men of principle. We are super excited that these men have chosen the best path in their college careers by associating themselves with men who have goals in mind which will push themselves to achieve everyday. 

Recruitment can make or break a chapter, but to us weren’t scared of a challenge. With many societal issues happening across the world for instance the negative connotation towards Greek Life was a major concern of our chapter; we knew that we hold our chapters principles of building balanced men very dear to our hearts, and we needed to portray our greatness to our PNM’s. We are a fraternity of firsts, and to that we are not going to be a fraternity of firsts in a negative way. We had many great initiatives such as the world renown Balanced Man Scholarship; this initiative help us recruit these men of principle from across campus. 

Furthermore, we would love for our alumni to stay engaged and welcome them in anyway possible. Sending warm wishes.
